Tomodachi Fest. Dealer’s Agreement. November 28, 29, 30 2008 #1. Dealers will be limited to Three tables. #2. Each 6’ table is $40 and includes up to 3 dealer’s admissions for the 1st table and 2 additional admissions for each additional table. #3. Anime Oasis/Tomodachi Fest is not responsible for stolen merchandise; it is the dealer’s responsibility to protect their own goods. #4. Set up time for dealers is between 8AM and Noon on Friday November 28, 2008. #5. Dealers Room will be open Friday Noon-6PM, Saturday 10AM-6PM and Sunday 10AM-3PM. #6. Dealers are responsible for verifying the legality of their merchandise. Anime Oasis/Tomodachi Fest. does not inspect merchandise for sale. Anime Oasis/Tomodachi Fest. will cooperate with law enforcement if any violations of the law involving dealers occurs. #7. ID must be checked by dealers for any transaction involving the sale of weapons and/or adult material. #8. The sale of food is limited to pre-packaged items. No homemade/fresh items may be sold. This rule applied to drinks as well. #9. Anime Oasis/Tomodachi Fest. will not provide help behind dealers tables. Dealers may seek help from convention attendees at their own discretion. #10. Anime Oasis/Tomodachi Fest. security will be present in the dealers room at all time. Incidents of theft should be report immediately. Anime Oasis/Tomodachi Fest. will work to resolve the issue in a timely manner. In many cases, it is nearly impossible to catch a thief after the fact, please maintain careful surveillance of your merchandise. #11. Dealer’s Room will have security on hand until it is locked down overnight, at which time no one will have access to the room until morning unlock. #12. Your payment is acknowledgement of your agreement to these terms and conditions.
